How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 4–7 business days. Expedited (2-day) and overnight options are available at checkout for most destinations within the contiguous US.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status in Account → Orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. After that window the order may already be packed.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Return shipping is free — we'll email you a prepaid label.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account, find the order, and click Request Return. You'll have a label in your inbox within a few minutes.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item and are issued to the original payment method.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes — select Exchange during the return flow and choose the item or size you want. Exchanges ship free.
Live shows
How do I watch a live show?
Go to the Live tab at the top of any page. No account needed to watch; you'll need to sign in to place a live order.
Are live deals available after the show?
Show-only pricing expires when the stream ends. Regular pricing applies after.
Can I ask questions during a live show?
Yes — use the chat during any live stream. Our hosts answer questions in real time.
Account & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We never store your card number.
How do I reset my password?
Click Forgot password on the sign-in page and we'll send you a reset link.
