Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ShopLive website. By accessing or purchasing from us you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Using the site
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm ShopLive or other users.
2. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Orders and pricing
- All prices are in US dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if a product is mispriced due to a system error. We will contact you promptly if this occurs.
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send your shipping confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
5. Shipping
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events outside our control.
6. Returns and refunds
Our return policy (outlined in the FAQ) forms part of these Terms. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving a qualifying return.
7. Live shows
Live streams are provided for entertainment and shopping purposes. Show-only pricing is valid only during the live broadcast. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule shows without notice.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including images, copy, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to ShopLive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopLive disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopLive's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
